Digitalization has many <\/span>advantages for businesses, <\/span>including the ability <\/span>to automate procedures <\/span>and use new<\/span>technologies to speed <\/span>up the flow <\/span>of information. This <\/span>makes it easier <\/span>for businesses to <\/span>compete in arapidly<\/span>changing markets. Those <\/span>who recognize the <\/span>potential of digitization <\/span>for their company <\/span>can react more <\/span>flexibly to the <\/span>dynamic change processes <\/span>of a global <\/span>economy, achieving their <\/span>desired goals more <\/span>quickly. <\/span>The concentration <\/span>of previous optimization <\/span>approaches in the <\/span>area of Business <\/span>Intelligence (BI) and <\/span>transparency in companies <\/span>are starting to <\/span>shift to the <\/span>use of information, <\/span>optimization of processes, <\/span>and the use <\/span>of mobile information <\/span>systems. <\/span><\/p>\n

A static software <\/span>framework does not <\/span>reflect the processes <\/span>of a company, <\/span>but with agile <\/span>models developed on<\/span>both sides it <\/span>can reflect change <\/span>processes and the <\/span>market. This represents <\/span>an added value <\/span>for companies. <\/span>The use <\/span>of mobile solutions, <\/span>network technology and <\/span>availability of the <\/span>Internet allow for <\/span>more flexible and<\/span>efficient processes which <\/span>can eliminate or <\/span>at least accelerate <\/span>the processing of <\/span>process steps. Some <\/span>software companies are <\/span>already using artificial <\/span>intelligence to create <\/span>software or dynamically <\/span>adjust to customer<\/span>processes. <\/span><\/p>\n

Artificial intelligence <\/span>in the sense <\/span>of also self-learning <\/span>systems, which both <\/span>recognize the process<\/span>chains that frequently <\/span>take place and <\/span>optimize them, or <\/span>in a simpler <\/span>first step change <\/span>the GUI to <\/span>meet user requirements, <\/span>brings an enormous <\/span>additional benefit for <\/span>the creator of <\/span>the software (resource <\/span>conservation) as well <\/span>as for users <\/span>(cost and flexibility <\/span>advantages). <\/span>Both topics shift <\/span>the transfer of <\/span>knowledge about interrelationships <\/span>from development departments <\/span>to companies that <\/span>use them. <\/span><\/p>\n

the software serves <\/span>the company according <\/span>to the individual <\/span>requirements, which leads <\/span>to a different <\/span>profile of employees <\/span>in company-owned IT <\/span>departments who have <\/span>to bring along <\/span>process knowledge and <\/span>object-oriented thinking in <\/span>order to be <\/span>able to identify <\/span>problems that might <\/span>arise or to <\/span>raise further benefit <\/span>potential. <\/span>These AI models <\/span>represent an ever-increasing <\/span>benefit for software <\/span>companies in the <\/span>marketing of the<\/span>software, as the <\/span>benefits are perceived <\/span>more and more <\/span>consciously by end <\/span>users. This has <\/span>led to increased<\/span>sales, reduced costs, <\/span>and improved service.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
